# Overview

Outbound bot is the marketing or sales initiative in which a company invest to reach out to their potential customers or clients proactively. It allows you to contact individuals or businesses via WhatsApp to promote a product, service, or special offer. 

Outbound bot helps in executing planned campaigns by businesses to generate leads, increase sales, or build brand awareness.
